NON-CONTACT INDUCTIVE PREHEATERS


Contact dual sheave inductive style units capable up to 200°C preheating temperature, designed for bare wire or conductive braided core, line speeds from 50 to 2000 mpm, variety of pulley diameters, manual or automatic modes.

High frequency (4000Hz) induction pre-heater: Middle  frequency (250Hz) induction pre-heater: Low frequency (50Hz) induction pre-heater:
Conductor diameter: 0.3 mm to 1.0 mm Conductor diameter: 0.3 mm to 3.0 mm Conductor diameter: 0.5 mm to 3.0 mm
Preheating temperature: 120° C to 200° C

   All preheaters feature:
  • Low resistance as the wire passes through the pre-heater so it will not be stretched.
  • Guide pulley's that are surface sprayed with ceramic, which ensures a long service life.
  • Automatic power output changes with the variation of the line speed, ensuring the preheating temperature remains the same at different line speeds.
