Extruders designed with 25-150 mm barrel diameters, 20:1 to 40:1 L/D, double reduction helical gear reducer with heavy duty thrust bearing, monolithic barrels with cutaway feed section and water cooling jacket, bolt on or C-clamp front flanges with optional by-pass valves, cast aluminum or bronze barrel heaters, air or liquid cooling of the barrel, AC motors with vector drives, stainless steel hoppers with full pellet handling systems, custom designed feed screws, high temperature/corrosion resistant versions available.
