high pressure gas (typ. nitrogen) supply (up to
700 bar) into a foam extruder suitable for
coalial, LAN, or RF cable applications.
Requires customer supplied low pressure 10 bar
nitrogen gas. Proprietary extruder hardware
includes coupling injector bolt and
inter-changeable micron sied orifices, flow rates
to 3.0 slpm, custom designed systems with
proprietary extrusion screw design.
Consulting services to retrofit existing systems
and process instructional services.
